OUR RETURN POLICY:

We guarantee that any plant leaving our nursery is of the finest quality and horticulturally viable. 

We are happy to accept returns of items or plants in original, sellable condition (at a manager’s discretion) within 10 days of purchase with the following exceptions: annuals, herbs, houseplants, and tropicals. If you are not satisfied within the first 10 days of purchase, please bring back your plant to the nursery. We will thoroughly review your concerns with our management. If for any reason we see that the plant was not well cared for, for example, if it was not watered sufficiently, we may not accept the return. If we see that the plant was sold to you in a condition not up to par, we may provide you with a one-time replacement if necessary. 


All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt.

Please DO NOT proceed with the planting if you are concerned with a plant’s condition upon bringing it home. We need to know immediately, otherwise, the plant’s viability will fall out of our control and responsibility.  Plants that have been installed or planted are non-refundable. 

For gift items, we issue returns within 30 days of purchase based on the original form of payment. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt.

We do not accept returns on gift cards.
