Plants: We guarantee that any plant leaving our nursery is of the finest quality and horticulturally viable.
We are happy to accept returns of items or plants in original, sellable condition (at a manager’s discretion) within 10 days of purchase. If you are not satisfied within the first 10 days of purchase, please bring back your plant to the nursery. We will thoroughly review your concerns with our management.
For all other items (gifts, furniture, pottery, amendments, etc.), we issue returns within 30 days of purchase based on the original form of payment. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt.
