dO YOU DELIVER?

Standard Orders do not include delivery. However, you have the option to enhance your experience with our premium “White Glove Service.” Pricing for this service will vary based on the size of your item and the number of team members required for transportation.

Otherwise, once your order arrives at The Nursery, our dedicated team will carefully assemble it for you. We will then notify you when your order is ready for pickup, and if needed, we’ll assist with loading it into your vehicle.

hOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

If an item is available at our nearest warehouse, it typically ships within 3 to 7 days. Custom furniture orders, however, require more time, as many pieces are crafted and shipped from France. These custom items are usually delivered within 8 to 14 weeks. We’re dedicated to getting your order to you as quickly as possible and will notify you with a confirmed shipping date once it’s finalized. If the item is already on display at The Nursery, it will be ready for pickup whenever you are!

wHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

At Barton Springs Nursery, we meticulously inspect every shipment to ensure that your items are in perfect condition upon pickup. Should we detect any damage, we promptly handle the return and replacement process for you, keeping you informed every step of the way.
