2. Alignment
Candidate is in a role where greater self-understanding could significantly benefit team dynamics or project leadership.
There’s a visible opportunity for their development to have a ripple effect on others.
3. Clear Intention for Use
The candidate articulates how they plan to apply what they learn—either in collaboration, communication, or leadership.
4. Current Role or Transition
They are stepping into a new role or experiencing a shift in responsibilities and could benefit from support.
They are in a pivotal position on the team (e.g., leading others, interfacing with multiple departments).
5. Contribution to Culture
Actively contributes to a positive, constructive, and trust-based workplace culture.
Will likely share insights with peers and help integrate learnings into team life.
6. Diversity of Perspective
