Deciding which plants go where and how is harder than it looks, isn’t it? Whether you simply need help choosing the right plants for the weird corners of your backyard or want a complete aesthetic overhaul, our experienced Design Studio team is here to assist.

WHAT WE OFFER

Softscaping is our specialty.

Our Design Studio offers two service packages for botanical planning and design, a.k.a. “softscaping.” This means we guide you on plants and trees, substrates, gravel, top dressing, soil and the like to transform the natural ambience of your property.

We don’t offer hardscape design or custom fabrication (i.e. edging, patios, driveways, etc.). For more complex projects that require those elements, we recommend our sister company, Eden Garden Design.

Total Transformations

Let our in-house team design a stunning softscape from scratch. Tap our natural know-how to select the best plants for your space.

Have an area that needs a total plant revamp or design from scratch? Let our expert team lead the way.
We provide striking botanical design for any areas that need a natural overhaul — including shade trees, ornamental and understory trees, specimens, ornamental grasses, flowering perennials and vines, evergreen shrubs, ground covers, succulents and agaves, native grasses and wildflowers, and more.
On-Site Consultation - An in-person meeting with one of our experts to discuss your goals and check the light conditions of your space.*
Curated Plant Palette - A collection of plants selected for your particular property, organized by light tolerances/considerations.
Inspiration Images - A “mood board” of images that show what your landscape could look like when the chosen plants are full grown.
Design Review Meeting - An in-person visit with the Design Studio team where we walk you through your Plan in person, so you can ask any final questions before planting.
2-D Plan to scale. This provides a birds eye view of your new landscape with plants at maturation.
Design Reviews & Revisions - One round of revisions is included if necessary, with a final review in Studio.
Package does not include plants, delivery, installation, or construction documents.
*Note: The consultation is included in your total package fee. If you decide not to move forward after the consultation, you will be billed $250 for the visit.
Common Range: $3,000 - $12,000 dependent on property size and density of plantings.
Onsite Consultations are $250.

Options include:
- Consultations on existing plants or diagnosing issues on site.
- Consultations on overall advice for design.
- Consultations on sun/shade conditions for choosing appropriate plant palletes.
On-Site Consultation - An in-person meeting with one of our experts to discuss your goals and check the light conditions of your space.*
Choose between having a landscape designer come and consult with you about overall design and plant selections. Or you can also request a gardener to give you expert advice about plant care, pruning and gardening. Let us know what you’d like help with and we’ll schedule you with one of our experts!
Common Range: $250- $500 dependent on property size, density of plantings and how many experts are requested or needed.
For an additional $250 we can provide a summary of our visit, elaborating on the plant pallete, direction, inspiration images and basic care recommendations.
