Yes, we have a portfolio of our past work that we are happy to share upon request. Included in this portfolio are drawings and plant palettes that represent the type of deliverables you can expect in the presentation.

Once we begin, your contract will outline the expected turnaround time—typically between 3–6 weeks for residential designs. After delivering the initial design, most clients take 1–2 weeks to review and submit revisions.
Revision turnaround depends on the scope of the project—simple edits may take just a week, while more extensive changes can take 2–3 weeks. Estimates follow thereafter, and are typically ready within 3–5 weeks depending on the complexity.

As an industry standard, most landscape design projects take around 3 months before installation can begin, depending on:
The size of your project
How available you are for meeting with our team
The amount of changes you request
How long it takes you to approve budget
Seasonality - we usually book up for spring and fall season in advance

One professional designer will be assigned as the point person for your project who will be creating the drawings and design presentation. Your designer works under the management and guidance of our studio director, as well as from the owner/principal designer, Amy Hovis. That said, many of our projects are collaborative across designers.

Yes, we maintain comprehensive general liability insurance, and workers compensation insurance covering all individuals who assist in the project, including our team and subcontractors.
